Theo is a Human Resources Director at a large Hygiene and Pest Control company in SA. She has more than 10 years HR Generalist experience and possesses a B Tech in HRM, Post Graduate in Business Administration from UCT Graduate School of Business and Executive Development Programme from Wits Business School. She is professionally registered as an HR professional through SABPP. As part of her role she’s involved in developing a vision and crafting a strategy to support that vision in line with business objectives. She is always looking for opportunities to stretch herself mentally.

Nozipho Mpanza

Nozipho is currently studying towards an honours degree in journalism at Wits University. She is a finance graduate from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and has a love for literature and the arts. As a recipient of the Gift of the Gab many a times, Nozipho is an avid public speaker that is enthused by bringing her written work to life through speech. Nozi enjoys the company of problem-solvers, having participated in youth development programs in Dubai and Pennsylvania that aim to cultivate young leaders.

Moreover, she is a founding member of the International Youth Leadership Conference Africa (IYLC Africa) and has facilitated the conference in Cape Town.  Nozipho seeks to make an impact in her community through nurturing and promoting the importance of education by helping unlock the minds of young people across Africa through mentorship.
